We had to do a total 180 from what we had planned because of the pandemic. Lucy to the rescue with great suggestions on where to go for a mountain elopement –legally. She was a valuable resource to us during a very stressful time. Over a year later we can’t pick a favorite photo because they are all so beautiful and unique, we feel like she really captured us well!
She took an event that could have been chaotic and made it warm, special, and personal. She created images that are truly amazing. Her integrity and passion for what she does shines through in every photo. She isn’t content with ‘ok’. She will go above and beyond (and sometimes in the mud or in a tree.) She listens to you and is incredibly deft at translating even the vaguest of ideas into incredible works of art. She is willing to travel and get dirty to make sure you get the best pictures. She will command a room when she needs to, or hold space for those quiet, intimate moments. She has an incredible eye for those ‘accidental’ moments of perfection that you’d never think to ask for. She’ll make you laugh until you cry. I love her!
Lucy was everything we could have asked for and more! She thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us to plan and re plan the day throughout all of the COVID twists and turns. She encouraged us to make the day our own! She was willing to sleep in a car and do a 3+ mile sunrise hike just to make our day the best it could be! Lucy has such an effortlessly fun personality that makes you feel at ease right away. The pictures turned out perfect!!! She is able to capture both the subjects and the beautiful background. We are so grateful for her!!
