While I moved to Colorado to get more mountain peaks in my photos, I had a blast creating Emily & George’s downtown Denver engagement session this fall! The blue sky and reflective windows kept me swimming in a vibrant world of diverse scenes and angles you just can’t get in the mountains. Emily rented the runway with this gorgeous billowy floral dress and George kept her laughing all afternoon, making the session easy for me to photograph! We probably had the windiest day of the year for their engagement shoot, but these two willingly braved the conditions to create their colorful engagement photos at Millennium Bridge. They flirted and frolicked around the city scenes like celebreties – which maybe they are (certainly, Emily’s legs could be celebreties all on their own.). We took a break from the gusts on the Denver Mall Ride to continue their engagement session at the Denver Performing Arts Center which was eerily deserted – we’ve got the pandemic to thank for that! The neat architecture provided unique backdrops for their Tiny Planet – a 360 view of iconic city building. Congratulations on your engagement Emily & George – now I’m doubly excited for their Boettcher Mansion wedding next year!
