I’m lucky to say most of my clients become friends throughout the wedding process – but Adam & Amy started out as my friends, and I watched them fall deeper in love with each other over the years. I remember what Adam told me right after they were engaged. “I just want to give her the wedding of her dreams,” he said. “I don’t want anything more than to marry her.” He certainly succeeded on both counts – the wedding was unforgettable and beautiful in every way, and they’re extremely married! I LOVED Amy’s romantic bridal look with off-the shoulder sleeves and floor length skirt that converted into tea length for ALL of the dancing at the reception! I even teared up when shooting the two of them together – their love is so special and so obvious, it made photographing them the easiest job in the world. Congratulations, friends, and many happy returns! -Lucy
A first look is always one of my favorite parts of the day.
Then Adam & Amy’s own cat, Keegan, began to terrorize our heroes, firing lasers out of his eyes and setting things on fire. The bridal party narrowly escaped.
Another funky tiny planet, this time with the whole bridal party!
Amy & her crafty friends did an amazing job decorating the Barn. Classy and timeless!
Always good to see my past couples.. although it looks like that’s a one way street??
We got soo lucky with this incredible rainbow over a stormy sky right at sunset. INSANE!
Albany brought the dancefloor (literally) and then burned it down! (Not literally, this time..) Annie & The Hedonists kept the floor packed all night!
